Dona has gone out of her way to sort out my and my husbands holiday last year was our 25th wedding anniversary and we could not of wished for a better experience Dona did us proud and made our holiday so perfect. I'm currently on holidays in Vietnam. I book my holiday with Dona Kirkham.
She is an absolute star nothing is too much trouble from the flight to accommodation first class service.
I'm very lucky as Dona and her family were my neighbours for few years.
She organised my wedding in 2015 in Skiathos which was amazing. So happy with her we booked this year to Phu Quoc island in Vietnam. Such a professional service, such a lovely lady. Very pleased and now on hoilday in Vietnam, I didn't have to worry about anything. Thank you so much for two fantastic holidays.

There’s so much that could go wrong during a holiday and it’s very reassuring to know that with Dona you have a holiday expert who relieves you of all those worries and is available before, during and after your holiday to ensure all goes well. We have used Dona to arrange our holidays for several years and would recommend her to everyone; she always goes that ‘extra mile’ and nothing is too much trouble- plus it doesn’t cost you any more than you’d pay at a normal travel agent. As an elderly, disabled first-time overseas air traveller Dona responded to my many enquiries with unending patience and reassurance. When my pre booked airport aid failed to assist me properly I emailed Dona from the States and she contacted the authorities to ensure that my return flight went without a hitch. Dona then submitted a report to the airline which was investigated, upheld and compensation offered. I could not have undertaken my trip without her expertise, patience and kindness.

When I was, several months ago, planning my trip to California, I started to spend quite a time on the internet trying to find flights, hotels etc. and then I remembered Dona! Within a couple of days she had come up with a bespoke itinerary for us at what I knew to be a good price and everything, which she organised went like clockwork. I just turned up at the airports, the hotels, the car hire office and it had all been sorted out by Dona. Fantastic service resulting in a stress free holiday and I will recommend her to anyone particularly wanting a bespoke holiday to be arranged for them. Fabulous. Thanks Dona.

A few days ago, I asked for Dona’s advice concerning a planned holiday to San Francisco in November to celebrate the 30th wedding anniversary of Lynn and myself.
Dona was quite busy because of travel companies going out of business etc but almost immediately she has come back to me with various options for hotels, flights etc as well as car rental for part of our stay in California. I had already spent a short time looking at various options so I know that what she has come up with is at a good price and she has saved me a lot of time which I would have spent organising the various component parts of the trip.
I have no hesitation whatsoever in using, and recommending everyone else to use Dona’s expertise and knowledge of the industry to organise everything.

We were recommended the Travel Counsellors by a few friends and when my partner met Dona at a travel show, we decided to try them out for price etc.
Dona was brilliant! As soon as the flights were available she sent us through prices, which were unbeatable.
She responded to our questions and requests really quickly (which i think is how customer service should be, i'm very impatient!!) and her knowledge was very helpful.
Once we booked our honeymoon, she managed to get some added extras for us, which really made us feel that Dona cared about us and our honeymoon.

I have never used a personal Travel Counsellor before, but I always will in the future...as a result of the work Dona has done. We have just returned from 5 fantastic weeks in Australia! The package that Dona put together for us covered everything in fine detail that made the holiday a trip of a lifetime.
- A very professional and thorough service from the initial contact.
- Nothing was ever too much trouble.
- The selection of the accommodation chosen by Dona was superb and the many extras we received were a surprise and very special.
- Dona was always available either by email or phone to answer any queries or concerns and this included late nights and weekends.
- No pressure to book any extras - this was a real bonus as we have found previously that some travel agents do put pressure to book trips with them.
- All arrangements for flights, cars, hotels and transfers were perfect and made it extremely easy when moving around Australia.
