Following a short conversation, where we discussed when and roughly where we wanted to go this year, Sandra came back with a detailed itinerary and costing. She had obviously taken great care to listen to what we thought we wanted and has now arranged a holiday that we are really looking forward to, once the Coronavirus restrictions are lifted.

Many thanks for your help in these circumstances, I am very grateful that you are still fighting our corner. On the one hand I feel aggrieved that the Insurance not only took ages but that they won't cover the rebooked New Zealand flights and hotels (that we didn't in fact take), on the other hand if we had got to New Zealand I have a suspicion that we would have fared worse in the end even though it seemed the right thing to do. And the extra few days in Australia turned out well because we got to know better my niece and nephew who live near Sydney. We got away lightly not only financially but also stress and anxiety which those who became stranded must have felt. Our holiday was not what we expected but you did and have done everything possible for us to make it as good as it could be!

Nikki helped us book our trip to Italy in October and even though it’s now been delayed until April... Nikki helped us every step of the way when reorganising the trip, even accommodating out of hours phone calls to deal with last minute changes by the Italian government!! When initially deciding where to go, Nikki presented us with options for destinations that we’d never even thought of going before, we’d never used a travel agent before and it was really helpful to not have the stress of organising/choosing where to go in the middle of a global pandemic. We will definitely be going to Nikki for our next holiday!!

Becky responded to my original enquiry very quickly. The deal that was on offer, was such good value, that the dates advertised had already been booked. Becky was soon on the case and found alternative dates that still included a birthday we wanted to celebrate whilst away. The price was fantastic and the service is brilliant.
