Having worked in the industry for 23 years, and travelled to many destinations including Dubai, Far East, Caribbean, Australia and many European cities and resorts - my knowledge of destinations is vast.

I used Jodie for the first time this year. She came recommended to me by someone who travels a fair amount, so I was happy to act on that recommendation. Jodie was professional, friendly, helpful and very efficient from the very start. She remained in contact throughout, even regularly checking and texting the weather to assure us our flight was going ahead (bad snow in the UK when we were flying out). She continued to keep in touch whilst we were on our trip, to ensure all was good. Her service is exemplary and I wouldn't hesitate to work with her again. I have passed her name on to a few of my friends. Jodie deserves to do very well; she goes above and beyond any travel consultant I have used historically. I wont hesitate to use her again.

I cannot recommend Jodie highly enough! Nothing was too much trouble - even when one of our party had to fly onto a separate destination. We had a fabulous room and Jodie ensured our requests for neighbouring rooms were met. Even our luggage labels were written for us! We'll definitely be booking again!

I would always recommend booking travel arrangements with Jodie. Not only did Jodie find me an unbeatable price for our dream holiday to Disneyworld, Florida she was able to make sure we understood all that was available to make sure we took advantage of all that we wanted to.
The stress was taken out of the whole trip, both booking it and whilst there from luggage labels to travel arrangements to the most enjoyable trip away.
Jodie never "sold" to me, she took our requests & learnt about us as a family to recommend things to take advantage of.

Jodie was a life saver in getting a honeymoon package sorted in short notice. I would not have enjoyed it as much as I did if it wasn't for Jodie. She was always there and gave quick responses to any queries. She altered our package that best suited me and my wife. She was kind and polite every time we spoke and patient as I can be a handful. Jodie is an absolutely fantastic lady to help you with your holiday...nothing is too much trouble. We went to Cuba late last year with a group of friends, to celebrate a wedding. Jodie worked tirelessly to answer all our questions and even took the time out to respond to an email late evening of the day prior to travel, due to a change in my requirements. There are little additional touches too, which were so unexpected: luggage labels / travel visas - all details had been completed before being sent out to us - this is exceptional! I booked a holiday with Jodie to Lapland December 2014. From start to finish the service was very personal, Jodie was helpful, responded to all my emails instantly with any query I had, as the holiday had been booked well in advance of departure I had forgot a few things! At the start of an idea Jodie saved me the trouble of searching the travel companies for the best deal for what we wanted to do, and she came up with options to help us make the right decision.
Nothing was too much trouble , service with a smile and the personal touch of writing a letter to our daughter from santa was absolutely fantastic, she was so excited to receive it.
All the hassle like doing the luggage labels was done for us, so no stress at all I would definitely book again and recommend your service.
We had a fantastic holiday, the resort was as you said and although we said once in a life time trip we might have to go again sometime!

I wanted to take my daughter to NYC for her 21st birthday and was given Jodie's name on recommendation by my hairdresser. I was not disappointed! Jodie took time to understand exactly what we wanted out of our trip and what kind of 21 year old she was dealing with! She booked the perfect hotel in a fabulous spot near to everything we wanted to do. The flights she booked were at perfect times for us - Jodie liaised with me throughout the whole period making sure I was happy with the arrangements. She went the extra mile by booking helicopter flights and Broadway theatre tickets for us leaving it all very stress-free for me! Jodie followed up by phoning once we got back to check everything had gone well and that there was nothing she could have done better (there wasn't!). Little touches like receiving a postcard when we got back saying she hoped we had a good time were very much appreciated. I will definitely be booking with Jodie again - her easy manner and attention to details make the holiday a great experience from day one!

The service we received from Jodie at Travel Counsellors was first class, we were very indecisive about where to go and she listened to our ideas and suggested many suitable options within our budget. In the end, with alot of good advice and many an email from Jodie, we decided on Mexico and New York. We could not have asked for a better service, we lead very busy lives and it meant we could concentrate on organising other parts of the wedding whilst Jodie sorted the Honeymoon for us! I think the personal touch is one of the things that makes the service unique to other big companies. We have used Jodie now to book two holidays for us and the level of professionalism and detail that was involved in the organisation was outstanding.
We booked a villa holiday in Spain, with cars and also a week holiday in the UK in a lodge and both were perfectly matched to the needs of the group (lots to do for kids etc.).

Jodie planned our honeymoon. We had a fantastic time and a holiday of lifetime.
