My name is Sally Buntin and I have been working in the travel industry for over 20 years at various travel agents including 10 years with British Airways Travel Shops in Norwich. I am now delighted to be working for Travel Counsellors and have just celebrated my tenth year.
I joined Travel Counsellors as I wanted to concentrate on giving my customers the highest possible levels of personal service and independent travel advice. Having just attended our annual conference in Liverpool I am very proud to say that I have achieved 100% feedback of top marks from my customers following the Travel Counsellors feedback questionnaire which is sent to every passenger, it's lovely to know that my customers think so highly of me.
Travel Counsellors is one of the largest independent travel agencies in the UK.
I have been fortunate enough to have travelled to many destinations including Australia, South Africa, Mauritius, Zambia, Barbados, Antigua, Aruba, St Lucia, Florida, New York... and well the list goes on and on but to lots of places!
I specialise in tailor made packages, worldwide luxury holidays and honeymoons, but can also book all the extras such as car parking, car hire and travel insurance. My business is based purely on providing my customers with the highest possible levels of personal service and I would be delighted to assist you with your holiday plans.
For honeymooners I also can offer a Honeymoon Gift Registry Service. I offer this free of charge at the time of booking your honeymoon, which will enable your guests to give you the most memorable gift of all - the honeymoon of your dreams...the world is your oyster!

Sally has arranged a perfect escorted tour in Western Canada for next year and spent a lot of time finding a hotel for us in Vancouver for three nights after the tour finishes (I was very fussy!) She did all this promptly and efficiently and kept me informed every step of the way.

We did change our minds a bit as we were finding a family holiday to suit the 5 of us.Sally took the time to investigate and send over details of quite a few options without a problem.We have now found what looks to be a perfect holiday. Sally is a god send, I don't think we would be able to do our flights to see our son in Australia without Her. Or we would have to go to a travel agents shop, which would be inconvenient.

Sally arranged our honeymoon to Dubai, Sri Lanka and the Maldives & we're so glad that we chose Sally to do this! As this was such a special holiday, Sally used her knowledge & experience to hand-pick the right locations and hotels for us, in line with what we wanted (romantic settings, quieter resorts and hotels etc.) She was always professional and approachable, and very patient! I can't recommend Sally highly enough! She sorted out our wedding gift list account and a fantastic honeymoon to Italy. Her advice was spot on and nothing was too much trouble. She is such a lovely person and was always at the other end of the phone for us to talk to and she kept us informed at every stage. The personal service that we received was amazing and Sally will be our first point of call for future travel plans.

I have known Sally for many years, since I was Bishop of Norwich, and she used to arrange official visits.
