I have been in the travel industry over 37 years now and my own travel business has been part of the Travel Counsellors Group for just over 17 of those years. I have been lucky enough to visit many destinations as you can imagine, around the globe.
For all my clients, I offer a true one to one personal, professional and friendly travel service, whether that be for a leisure or corporate client and I am available day or night, to offer you a great flexible service as well.
In addition to this, everything you book is 100% financially protected either by our ATOL or through our Travel Counsellors Trust, giving you complete peace of mind.
Please don’t think of me as a normal high street travel agent, I am not linked to any tour operator or airline, so I am completely independent. This allows me to create my own packages, all fully protected under our Travel Counsellors ATOL licence and put together, to match your personal travel requirements. I also deal with the large tour operator holidays as well, such as Jet 2 Holidays or Easyjet Holidays , for example.
Recently, Travel Counsellors came top of a survey (twice) , which was undertaken by Martin Lewis (Money Saving Expert website) and we were voted number one travel company, who have looked after their clients, during the Coronavirus Pandemic, which is something I am extremely proud of.
We also hold a 5 star Trust Pilot Review and recently, as a group, won the Queens Award for Enterprise 2020, for the third time and as well, have just been listed in the Sunday Times PwC Top Track 250, which in 2020 recognises the important contribution companies have made during, this challenging time.
With over 37 years’ experience in the travel industry I offer a personal service on all travel aspects in both Business and Leisure Travel, including Cruising, Honeymoons, Weddings, Tailor-Made itineraries, Summer or Ski holidays, Groups, Ferries, Rail and hotel reservations (UK and overseas).

I would just like to say that I Have been booking with Sonia for several years and over this time I have had nothing but 1st class sevice from her. Nothing is too much trouble and you can ring her any time of day or night and she is always very proffesional, friendly and courteous.
I have even passed on Sonia details to friends, colleagues and family members who have said that she delivers the best service.

Sonia offers a very unique personal service. Her depth of knowledge and commitment to detail allows her meet your every need when it comes to booking a holiday. Sonia excels at finding superb deals and providing a complete end to end holiday service. Sonia arranges holidays for me and the family and also assists me with business travel such as hotels, train tickets and at times meeting rooms at various locations around the UK. Many people these days claim that it is better to do it yourself via the internet, well I simply do not agree. Being able to use the internet does not give an individual access to the same deals enjoyed by a large travel company and it certainly does not instill many years of travel experience and feedback from many customers that a travel professional has. Great service with a caring approach because a family holiday is a major investment these days which you cannot afford to get wrong.

Sonia is always very friendly and helpful. Even though I have never met her I feel as though she is a friend. We have booked many holidays with Sonia and have enjoyed every one. She gives advice but is always ready to listen and finds the holiday we want.
