Most receiving 100% customer satisfaction in ongoing surveys. 180 delegates attended the event which began with a welcome drinks reception on the beach and closed with a spectacular seafood buffet Gala dinner on the beach.
Beachcomber are a UK based resort specialist for Mauritius. The Trou Aux Biches complex is a 5 star resort boasting a gorgeous white sandy beach, a stunning blue lagoon and a 35 hectare tropical garden area.
Accommodation is located in lavish chalet style suites in six crescent areas while private villas are semi hidden in the lush tropical gardens. All villas and beach front suites have private pools other suites have larger pools in the garden of each crescent area. A very large pool sits between the ocean and the main restaurant and bar facilities. In addition the mini club for children aged 3-12 years has a private pool.
The resort has six restaurant options, L'Oasis the main restaurant overlooking the large pool and the sea is ope all day for buffet meals. Le Deck open for lunch and dinner offers light meals freshly prepared with excellent fish dishes and Pizzas. Blue Ginger is a pagoda style Thai restaurant for dinner only with a an an open kitchen and a delightful ambience and lovely location surrounded by pools with a wooden walkway to the entrance. MAHIYA is an Indian restaurant for dinner in a Palace style building located next door to the Blue Ginger and provides superb food in an authentic Indian ambience. La Caravelle is open all day and located close to the beach and offers an international choices buffet style while II Corallo is an Italian Restaurant open for dinner and is again located right by the beach.
The resort also features a spacious modern spa, priority access to Beachcombers two, 18 hole, par 72, golf courses at nearby Le Mont Choisy or at Le Paradis in the south west of the Island. There is also a wide range of complimentary land and water sports plus a diving centre with highly qualified staff. The Beachcomber Trou Aux Biches Golf resort and spa has warm friendly and helpful staff, a gorgeous water front location a wonderful range of facilities and activities or you can just chill and luxuriate in the amazing peaceful, relaxing aura that is Mauritius. Which is what makes Mauritius one of my favourite destinations in the world.
